Description
This stoneware mug has a sturdy cylindrical form and a comfortably rounded handle. Its simple proportions make it suitable for everyday use, while the surface formed during the wood firing becomes its main visual feature.
Deep smoky greens, charcoal, earthy browns and warm golden tones move across the mug. During the firing, wood ash settled onto the surface and melted at high temperature, forming a natural ash glaze. Some areas developed a gentle sheen, while others remained matte and textured. The changing colours and surfaces around the mug reflect the varying exposure to flame and ash inside the kiln.
Apvalaina rankenėlė patogi laikyti, o tvirta akmens masė pritaikyta kasdieniam naudojimui. Puodelis tinka kavai, arbatai ir kitiems karštiems gėrimams.
