Description
This set of two small cups belongs to Beatričė Kelerienė’s “You Drink Coffee, I Drink Tea, My Dear” series, created around the simple pleasure of everyday drinking rituals and moments shared by two people.
The cups are wheel-thrown from dark stoneware. Their exteriors have a matte, gently textured surface, while the interiors reveal subtle lighter speckling that highlights the natural character of the clay. The rounded form and small raised foot give each cup a balanced and comfortable presence.
Although designed as a pair, the cups are not completely identical. Subtle differences in form and surface reflect the making process and distinguish each piece.
Suitable for espresso, tea, sake or other drinks served in small portions, the set also makes a thoughtful gift for two people and a quiet addition to an everyday coffee or tea ritual.
